BC Law Library Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this ___ day of ___, 20___, by and between the BC Law Library (hereinafter referred to as “Library”) and the individual or organization accessing the Library`s services (hereinafter referred to as “User”).

Term	This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
Services	The Library agrees to provide the User with access to legal research materials, databases, and resources as available in the Library`s collection.
Usage	The User agrees to use the Library`s resources for legal research and educational purposes only, and shall not engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activities while accessing the Library`s services.
Confidentiality	Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed or accessed during the term of this Contract.
